Coaching partnering with organisations
Prior to qualifying as a transformational coach (in 2020), I was an HR professional for over 15 years.

I've seen what good HR looks like - we are not 'the policy police' and we truly want employees to flourish. My experience means I recognise the importance of trying to marry up the workplace trinity - the organisation, the role and the employee - all in as close to perfect harmony as we can manage. And I know that for a variety of reasons, that isn't always easy - in fact, it can be far from it!
client feedback
"Often things come up that you are not even aware of. This was the real positive benefit of the sessions, Kathryn would pick up on things that I had not realised myself... I feel stronger and more positive about going forward now. Coaching has helped me see certain things in a different light. I liked Kathryn's calmness, ability to listen, reflect and pull out key points. The sessions have been a positive experience." - RB

How I support employees with coaching
Navigating the workplace can be challenging, no matter what level you are at.

My background and experience as both coach and HR professional helps me with context and understanding of work environments, expectations of employers, pressures faced by employees, and workplace relationships and communication.

At some time on our lives, most of us may benefit from support regarding career direction and ambitions, obstacles to achieving this (including our own part in this!), and personal accountability.
Below are some areas where coaching may be beneficial, although this is not exhaustive:

-
Managing stress and work-life balance
-
Career progression and development
-
Confidence and self-doubt over capabilities
-
Communication and relationship challenges
-
Decision-making and handling consequences
-
Adapting to change
-
Time management and handling priorities
-
Engagement and motivation
-
Interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
-
Leadership development

My coaching partnership with organisations for employees
Currently, this is on a 1-1 basis, over Zoom. I recommend a partnership of 6 sessions, with the possibility to extend. If you'd like to discuss using my coaching services for your organisation's employees, then please do get in touch, I'd be delighted to discuss arrangements.

If you are an employee and your organisation has engaged my services, I look forward to meeting you soon. You will have the opportunity to meet me informally via Zoom and ask questions before any coaching commences.
